Call in an emergency after hours?
The District utilizes call forwarding to a voice mail system for after hours emergency calls. When you leave a voice mail message a ditch rider will be contacted by cell phone and respond to emergencies only. Standard turn-on and turn-off water calls should be made during regular business hours as only one ditch rider is on duty over the weekends and has a lot of ground to cover.
Dial the regular office phone number 382-3053.
At the tone speak your name and phone number of where you can be reached slowly and clearly. After giving your name and number you can briefly describe the emergency for the ditch rider on duty.
Have my water turned on or off?
